Mu Satach

Not just any dog, but a german shepherd. I am in love with the idea of having a warm faithful companion to go with me every where and if needed chew the snot out of any would be douche bags about.

I'm fighting this urge today and it's taking a lot of energy to

- not buy a bunch of books about german shepherds and dog training
- stay off the adoption websites
- stay away from the breeder websites
- quit looking at german shepherd puppy pics

the rational mind is constantly telling me
- you haven't owned a dog since you were 4
- you do not have a fenced in yard
- you do not have your own home that allows a dog
- you have a very temperamental cat
- your lifestyle right now means you would never have the time a dog needs

but the emotional mind still wants one desperately, wants to cuddle the furry thing, look into it's big soft brown eyes and throw a tennis ball in the park and run and play with it.

I want a dog and the adult inside is saying no. =P
