A corporation that has existed within the Galactic Republic for thousands of years, Ubrikkian Transports began as a manufacturer of personal landspeeders, focusing on rugged, affordable craft for use in the Outer Rim. As the company grew it became Ubrikkian Industries, and branched out into airspeeders, starships, droid production, and various other fields.
After the Clone Wars, Ubrikkian Industries and it's subsidiaries were acquired by Kuat Drive Yards, hoping to branch out into the Hutt market. The "classic" Ubrikkian Transports name became a lucrative commodity in it's own right, and so the company was rebranded, specialising in custom yachts and watercraft, bespoke speeders, luxury caravels, and all manner of other unique or rare craft. The company's headquarters moved from Ubrikkia to the Ubrikkian Trade Tower in Mos Eisley on Tatooine.
Following the Alliance-Imperial Treaty, Ubrikkian Industries was acquired by the Ouishii Kajidic. Many existing Ouishii companies were merged into Ubrikkian Industries as subsidiaries, adding their designs to Ubrikkian's catalogue. Starfeld Industries and Ghtroc Industries provided a modest selection of personal freighters and transports, while the Geonosian Huppla Pasa Tisc Shipwrights Collective became part of Ubrikkian Transports' luxury starcraft division. Pri-Andylan Propulsion Systems from Duro took over the manufacture of the corporation's stardrive systems; including the construction of hyperspace rings for collectors of old Kuat Systems Engineering designs that utilised them.
The backbone of the new Ubrikkian Transports infrastructure however was TransGalMeg Industries. In addition to their Bulwark and Xiytiar designs, which Ubrikkian Industries branded as bulk freighters, TransGalMeg's range of fast, compact, and affordable starfighters Ubrikkian Transports to cater to private militias and personal space fleets. In particular, they marketed their Vaksai and Kihraxz fighters towards worlds who had recently become part of the Alliance of Free Planets, and were looking for an affordable option to replace the TIE Fighters the Empire had stationed on their worlds; and for non front line units within the Alliance Defense Forces, such as the Supply Corps and Alliance Security.
Ubrikkian Transports has three main construction facilities: Ubrikkian Yards on Ubrikkia; the TransGalMeg Industries yards on Narg; and the Ghtroc Industries yards on Circumtore. Certain components and designs are built at in Geonosian factories on Hypori, and Pri-Andylan factories on Duro.

Ubrikkian Repulsorlift Manufacturing
A corporation specialising in airspeeders, landspeeders, and cargo skiffs. Since Ubrikkian's acquisition by the Rath Cartel, it's catalogue has diversified to include a number of non-military designs by Rothana Heavy Engineering.
Ubrikkian Private Shipwrights
Specialists in providing luxury vessels to wealthy private investors. The Shipwrights construct bespoke luxury seacraft precisely to the client's specifications, and also offer their services to modify and customise speeders and starcraft to provide a more luxury experience. One of their projects was the Star Jewel, a modified yacht used by Jabba the Hutt.
Huppla Pasa Tisc Shipwrights Collective
A Geonosian artisan collective, specialising in the construction of luxury solar sail craft. Officially, Huppla Pasa Tisc is owned by Kalibac Industries, but produces craft and components to satisfy contracts for Ubrikkian Private Shipwrights.
Pri-Andylan Propulsion Systems
A corporation based at the Pri-Andylan Shipyards on Duro that specialises in the production of repulsorlifts and other drive systems. Following the Battle of Endor the Empire cancelled most of it's contracts with Pri-Andylan, allowing the struggling corporation to be purchased by the Rath Cartel.
TransGalMeg Industries
Originally a diverse corporation involved in numerous industries, it became best known during the Clone Wars as the manufacturer of the Bulwark Battlecruiser. It's association with the Confederacy of Independent Systems proved harmful to the corporation's future, and despite a lucrative starfighter contract with Black Sun during the Galactic Civil War, the company was eventually subject to a hostile takeover by the Rath Cartel.
Starfeld Industries
A Duros corporation, specialising in budget small craft. They developed the Z-10 Seeker as a scout/explorer for the Republic, and the ZH-25 Quaestor as a budget transport for the private sector. They were acquired by the Rath Cartel shortly after it's purchase of the Pre-Andylan Shipyards.
Ghtroc Industries
A shipwright established by the Shell Hutts of Circumtore. The Rath Cartel via hostile takeover, using the resources that Ambassador Wrath had seized from the Zann Consortium in the wake of Tyber Zann's death. It is best known for producing the Class 720 Freighter.
Uulshos Manufacturing
A repulsorlift manufacturer known for it's luxury yachts, as well as for it's military and law enforcement speeders. Since it's acquisition by the Rath Cartel, civilian speeder craft are produced under license by Ubrikkian Transports, while militia vehicles are manufactured by Rothana Heavy Engineering for Czerka Arms.
