F.A.Q.

Who are the Marzullos?
The Marzullos are a family of force users who don't follow either the Jedi or Sith code, their actions alone against outsiders could earn them the title of dark siders, although within the family they act kindly though strictly, seeking what's best for the family, or clan as any other family would.

How did they come about?
Their bloodline can be traced within family records only but it goes as far as 4000 years, the official records have been erased from the Coruscant archives by Itala Marzullo. An uncharted planet deep in the outer rims shows their emergence from primitive warfare to dangerous force adepts. The eldest leader of the clan was named Sol Marzullo.

Who was Sol Marzullo?
A common farmer who became a brilliant general and leader when drafted to his kingdom's military. His kingdom of men had fierce enemies called the Narks and the Huss who eventually engrossed each other in bloody world wars. The saga of his life and death is being roleplayed in "Path To Glory - Sol's Chronicles" for more details. He would eventually form the Marzullo clan after the end of the war in his planet.

What are Sol's laws?

• The family was strictly forbidden from having children or relationships with non-Force adepts, and any suitable candidate would later be implanted a chip in his brain that would kill him were they to betray or abandon the family.
• The family members could never be allowed to betray the rest and go on their own and those who did so would be outcast forever.
• The family members could never choose anybody else over the family, no matter the circumstances. If found guilty of any such crimes, they would be thrown in a dungeon forever.
• The family member could never disobey the rightful leader no matter how attrocious, cruel or dastardly the order was. If found guilty of this crime, they would be thrown in a dungeon forever.
• For the good of the family numbers, every single Marzullo woman is required to have at least three children during her lifetime.

So why did Dante Marzullo start a revolution?
As it happens in most societies, Dante tired of Sol's ways, which Itala fiercely followed and enforced upon the rest of the family. There are other unrevealed circumstances that prompted Dante's betrayal. Dante wants a new Marzullo clan that is free of Sol's laws and the only law he expects to be followed is his will itself, that every word he speaks is law. A true tyrant in a sense, a libertine who wants to do as he pleases and could care less if Marzullo, Jedi or Sith join him.

So Ares Marzullo is continuing Sol's laws?
Yes, Dante's twin was always the less preferred of the two, but always loved his father and looked forward to obeying the laws and making others obey were he to ever become leader of the clan. Now he has the chance and leads the current official Marzullo Clan.

So how do I join either side?
There are pre-made characters in both sides of the spectrum. You must choose from the pool of names if you want to play a Marzullo, but you can always join Dante with any character of your creation or intentions as you please.

What are the rules?
There are no rules if you join Dante's faction, just SW-Fans's own rules.

As far as Ares, you must play the Marzullo character to strictly follow Sol's laws, in the event you seek to start a complex storyline involving a traitor, it must be pre-discussed and done well as the ones who stuck with Ares are loyal to the bone.

Who are the elders?
During every saga, there are three chosen elders from the oldest generation. If the righteous heir to Sol dies, they would run the clan until the next leader is old enough.

So what is happening in the storyline right now?
The Ares and Dante forums aren't open yet, they will be opened once "New Beginning, Two Paths" is finished in Star Wars Roleplaying.

So Path To Glory and Dante and Ares aren't the same storyline?
No, Dante and Ares are the current dynasty, Sol's saga takes place 4000 years before.

Path To Glory is awesome, I want to be part of it!
Easy there, you can join, but everything is pre-determined, if you want to roleplay a main available character you can, but you must follow a "script" like an actor would follow it in a film.If this seems like a hassle, you can create your own character, but it could never alter the script in a way that could ruin the story.

So why the huge armies and stuff in Path To Glory when you could use cool Star Wars vehicles?
The planet in the story is traditionally and culturally isolated, they forbid advanced technology with very few exceptions, due to a previous disastrous nuclear war that nearly destroyed the planet.
